The Open Tent welcomes this new three-part Jewish cooking program for moms and kids. Learn to cook three easy, healthy menus & pick up some Jewish traditions along the way. Menu highlights include roasted eggplant, potato and tomato-garbanzo moussaka, quinoa salad, salmon en papillote, lamb stew and yummy apple crumble.
