Loads of December fun on tap - check out a holiday tree lighting, celebrate Chanukah, visit with Santa, enjoy a family-friendly Basel and help make Munchkin Fun better.

• Friday. Treat the munchkins to holiday performances, Santa & crafts at the Gables' holiday tree lighting, mingle with Mr & Mrs Claus & frolic in a snow village at North Shore Park's winter wonderland, get artsy at Le Petit Papillon's "Street Funk" Basel event or take the stage with James and the Giant Peach.
• Saturday. Celebrate Little River with music & a picnic, kick off Chanukah 2012 with crafts & games at Fisher Park, have cookies with Santa in Kendall, light the tree in Homestead or add your artistic stamp to a public mural Downtown.
• Sunday. Celebrate Chanukah on Miami Beach or light the menorah in Palmetto Bay or Key Biscayne, take the stage with James & the Giant Peach or explore Basel with the munchkins.
• Winter Camp is Here. Holiday break is days away and winter camp season is in full swing. Entertain & educate munchkins in PreK-5th grade with two weeks of arts & crafts, holiday fun and winter games at Miami Children's Museum's Winter camp.
