My nickname since high school has been turtle...I think that pretty much sums it up:) From owning box turtles to red-eared turtles, big & small, since I was a kid, I've collected and been given millions of turtle items throughout the years....from shower curtains to socks. Not only have I also been an avid supporter of protecting sea turtles with many org like WWF & SEEturtles.org, but I have an adopted sea turtle named "Erny" who's swimming in the ocean somewhere right now....My family and I would TURTLEY love to enjoy reptile day and get to witness our first official turtle race!

My in-laws are visiting from Massachusetts. Ironically, my husband & I, who live in Miami, did a triathlon in Massachusetts years ago with someone who lives part-time in Florida..well..years later, we are watching " Gator boys" and he's the main "Gator Boy"! My in-laws have never been to the museum--they'd love it. My son would enjoy it too..being only 5 months (on Sunday)..he hasn't seen many reptiles up-close..but don't get TOO close! ;) Thank you! Hope it's not too late to enter!
