Our Super Reader, Ella Marie, is a tremendous Super Why Fan!
She is limited to how much TV she watches and this is a morning show she does NOT miss...

Ella Marie parades in her "homemade" red foil cape and sings along to all the songs and rhymes while watching the show.
Seeing them LIVE would make her ecstatic...she'd come to the show dressed up - red cape and all!!! : )

by mtrochez @ July 16, 2012, 8:04 p.m.

It will be our dream come true if we get THOSE tickets. HIP HIP HOORAY we can't wait till that day !!!!!!!!

by danlop @ July 16, 2012, 8:39 p.m.

My almost 3 year old learned her letters much more quickly watching this show. It's amazing how entertaining it can be while being educational at the same time. Even my 10 year old would try to solve the problem. Now, my youngest, who turns 1 this weekend is starting to watch it too and I only hope he picks up as much as his sister did from this show. It would be lots of fun for them to see Super Why Live together! It's always a lot more fun to see the characters in person. Good Luck to everyone :)

by CrystalShip13 @ July 16, 2012, 8:46 p.m.

My 22 month old just can't get enough of this show. He insists on watching it ALL the time. He is becoming a 'super reader' at such a young age. It is such a wonderful and educational program that makes it fun to learn. I couldn't imagine how fun the live show would be!

by Muzslp @ July 16, 2012, 8:56 p.m.

We absolutey love Super Y! Our 21 month old son has learned the alphabet and so many words from watching the show. I know he would be in awe to see them live!

by Madelinecast7 @ July 16, 2012, 9:25 p.m.

I will be my daughter's super hero if I can take her to see this show :)

by Samisanchez @ July 16, 2012, 9:42 p.m.

among kids' shows, this is a nearly perfect combination of entertainment and education. while we limit TV, this is one show we don't hesitate to let our girl watch. seeing the show live might help cement interest in learning and language. i teach language arts, so i look out for errors in the show and, at least now, i can't think of any faults (something i can't say for many other kids' shows, even the shows i like). if she remembers her enjoyment of the show as she grows up, it's scope of stories may inspire more than just curiosity of words: it shows opportunity for making education ACTUALLY fun with the use of digital technology. i believe this show (and similarly high quality shows) can inspire some children to also pursue careers in arts that also create sufficient income to allow girls like ours to work creatively, enjoyably, and profitably. a well-rounded show, then!

by hectorcarballosa @ July 16, 2012, 10:13 p.m.

one more thing; our daughter's vocab is sometimes dominated wihth "supawhy supawhy SUPAWHY!!!", even when beginning to show other programs! hilarous! talk about early-onset OCD!?

by hectorcarballosa @ July 16, 2012, 10:16 p.m.

My daughter thinks she has superpowers like Wyatt. She jumps from the couch shouting, "SuperBella to the rescue!!". The show was how she learned her ABC's and got interested in reading. My son now loves it too!!! They would go Bonkers if they got to see SuperWhy Live.

by jennifertimko @ July 16, 2012, 11:07 p.m.

My daughter loves this show! She is always screaming, "Super Why to the rescues!" She would go banana if she actually saw them live! I can't only imagine her face! It would be so amazing to take her and see her reaction. She has learned so much from them, this is a great show!

by dayami85 @ July 17, 2012, 9:44 a.m.

My son absolutely loves this show! He never misses it! He has learned so much from this show. I find it to be an amazing and educational show for children. I would like to see his face filled with pure joy if we get to go! :)

by aliciah0826 @ July 17, 2012, 11:13 a.m.

This is my daughters favorite show! She never misses it. She repeats everything they say and even "flies" with them. This is such a great show and I would love to see her face light up seeing them live!

by mrsborrero @ July 17, 2012, 11:45 a.m.

How exciting is it that Super Why is coming to Florida!! My 3yo daughter and 2yo son would absolutely love this performance (I think, hopefully, with no melt-downs!). I would be very grateful to win tickets. Has anyone noticed how modern their dancing is during their Hip Hip Hooray song? Or is it just me?!? LOl

by jv_in_fl @ July 17, 2012, 12:38 p.m.

We moved from Sweden to Miami about a year ago and our youngest son, who is 6 now, didnt know a whole lot of english at that time. But when he saw this show on tv here he loved it and he picked up new words fast. He graduated from Kindergarten this summer and they had a word test where they had to know at least 70 words out of 100. He only missed 1 single word! Imagine that a year ago he didnt know anything. The whole Super WHY gang are my heroes and I send a big thanks to the creators.

by 75kmartinez @ July 19, 2012, 12:15 p.m.

My 22 month old son Kellen absolutely loves this show! He sings along to the songs and repeats the characters sayings (i.e. Alpha pig with alphabet power!, Wonder Red with Word Power!, Princess Presto with Spelling Power; he always laughs in glee when she says presto! and SUPERWHY with the Power to Read; he raises his hand when he says this one, sooo cute!)
He has a smile from ear to ear for most of the tv show, it would certainly make his day to see the characters live! It gets me excited just thinking of my little ones's sweet face lit up with joy at seeing his favorite tv show come to life. Thank you for the opportunity to win the tickets! xoxo

by lizleon @ July 19, 2012, 1 p.m.

My daughter and I discovered this show a few months ago and she absolutely loves it! It is so cute to watch her watching it. She'll put her arm in, answer their questions, and help them find the letters. As a teacher, I love educational shows, so I really like Super Why!, and I'd love the chance to take her to the live show. I lost my job this year, so we can't afford to take her, even with the $5 off promo. Thanks for the contest, and the chance! :)

by Canelaw99 @ July 20, 2012, 7:10 a.m.

We have been enjoying this show for a few years. My 4 year old and 1 year old daughters absolutely love it. It has taught my 4 year old her letters and beginning phonics skills. It would be such a fun time to see them smiling, dancing and singing along at the show!

I saw a while back that Super Why was coming to town and was so excited as my 3 y/o twins LOVE LOVE LOVE to watch it and have learned so much from it! They say their names when it's their "turn" and even put their hands in. It's so cute! Unfortunately, I am a new single mother and could not afford it. Thank you for this opportunity!

I would love to take my daughter and a friend to see the Super Why characters live. I think it is a great opportunity to introduce my daughter to the Arts and Theater, a refreshing alternative to TV.

by Sunshine18 @ July 23, 2012, 8:09 a.m.

Who doesn't want to see a pig who can read???!! ohhhh and the kids love it also

by flakedbran @ July 23, 2012, 8:54 a.m.

We've recently started going to plays and musicals every weekend because I want to expose my daughter to culture instead of just TV and the mall, especially on these rainy summer days when swimming is not an option. So far we have seen Cinderella and Snow White, so seeing Superwhy would add to the fun trend. My daughter keeps seeing the commercials for it on PBS and asking when we can go. I would love the opportunity to take her. She's four and just starting to get excited about letters and spelling. This is such a great show for teaching those things!

by Bellaboo @ July 23, 2012, 9 a.m.

My 2 girls have loved Super Why and my husband and I would love to be able to take them as a family and enjoy this as a memory together.

Money has been kind of tight this summer, this would be an amazing treat for my kids!!!! Smiles all around...

by lcwills @ July 23, 2012, 2:46 p.m.

My daughter loves this show! She has not attended a live show for at least 2 years- this would be a treat. She is very interested in reading & loves to make up stories & pretends to be a teacher in a classroom reading to the class.

by Egomez2 @ July 23, 2012, 10:09 p.m.

My daughter will be 2 next month, but has learned so much from this show. She is able to determine sounds of letters and LOVES to put her "arm in" and "FLLLY into this book" every time the Super Readers do. It would be an absolute joy for her to go and see it live!

by ksharpe @ July 24, 2012, 12:08 a.m.

I am visiting Miami but we are currently living in a small town in north Carolina and never get a chance to see performances like this. My daughter and son LOVE Superwhy and I know this would be a huge surprise for them!!

by Ecastro @ July 24, 2012, 7:51 a.m.

My daughter will be so happy, she's always telling me to invite super Why home.

by csandoval1204 @ July 24, 2012, 2:27 p.m.

My daughter's name is Brooklyn and she is 2 yrs old. Super WHY is her favorite show. She has learned the theme song word for word as well as some of the episodes. It will be a thrill for her to see the show Live. Her and my 4 year old nephew often pretend to be characters of the show.

by Brooklynsmommy @ July 25, 2012, 12:48 a.m.

I have my very own Wyatt at home! He's about to turn 3 years old and would just flip out if he saw them live!
