Great giveaway! I'd love to win because as every parent of a toddler knows: date night is always welcome!
by lalemao @ Aug. 7, 2012, 12:51 p.m.Honestly I want to win so I can take my sister out to dinner. She is a single mom who works hard for her 2 year old adorable daughter. Her top priority is my niece and the long hours and long weeks deserve a treat. I would like to give her a special date night.
by jlvc727 @ Aug. 7, 2012, 1:09 p.m.We don't go out enough because paying a sitter and a dinner gets expensive. Would love to win this and just worry about paying the sitter!
by Bellaboo @ Aug. 7, 2012, 5:55 p.m.I'm currently a SAHM so this would give me the opportunity of taking my hubby out for his birthday dinner. :)
by ruggieroana @ Aug. 8, 2012, 11:28 a.m.With a 2 year old at home, it's hard to have a fine dining experience... This would be a great way for my husband and I to leave our little one with the grandparents and enjoy some alone time!
by melram @ Aug. 8, 2012, 11:32 a.m.A date night would be great. So many stressful things going on with me losing my job taking care of an 11month old and having a misscariage a couple of days ago plus my husbands exwife not allowing my husband to see his kids. I would love to get away and have a nice stress free dinner would be great and have a stress free night (:
by mnj0108 @ Aug. 8, 2012, 11:40 a.m.My husband and I are so excited about this.contest! Every year we make plans for Miami Spice and NEVER get around to going. Back to school for our little ones always takes first place and before we even realize it, we missed it yet again! Lol, well fingers crossed! : )
by opaline118 @ Aug. 8, 2012, 11:48 a.m.Parenting is a difficult job at times. Being a parent means that you have to put some things off in order to do what the children need from you. There are some things that shouldn’t be put off though. Being a wife is one of them. A woman needs to learn how to be a good wife and good mother at the same time. The two roles are completely different but sometimes we let our parenting role overshadow our married role. Date night with Hubby would be ideal. Need to dig out my 6inch heels ;)
by ElyReyes173 @ Aug. 8, 2012, 12:20 p.m.Being a first time mom, bringing on the challenges of the everyday mommy brain, cooking, cleaning, being the wife/partner/cheerleader of your best friend, putting the "I'm totally fine, I can do this, I got this" face when he gets home, trying to start a business to be able to stay home with our son, while he is now the cheerleader/supporting me in my dreams is priceless.... This dinner would be a great way to show him some appreciation for his birthday :)
by JennyTagle @ Aug. 8, 2012, 1:01 p.m.My date would be with my mom instead of my hubby. She has been so extremely helpful with providing care for my little one that I think she deserves a nice dinner. My mom & I would greatly appreciate a Miami Spice Dinner. Thxs.
by Jhinestro @ Aug. 8, 2012, 1:48 p.m.My husband and I need a night out w/o the kids and we are major foodies!
by Jcbunny @ Aug. 8, 2012, 1:50 p.m.Oh my gosh... I don't know what to say, I know I'd love to win a meal for two, who wouldn't? Haha...
by Emma @ Aug. 8, 2012, 3:55 p.m.Hopefully I'll win and if not I'm sure some other Mommy will enjoy and deserve a night out.. Good luck everyone xxx
My husband and I have been jobless this entire summer thanks to layoffs. I'm starting a full time medical program in 3 weeks and we've got our fingers crossed waiting to hear if hubby gets a job he applied for recently. In the meantime we've been home with our 5 year old and almost 1 year old. We try to go to as many free or cheap events posted on Miami munchkins but the kids do spend most of their time at home, bored, which means parents going crazy. It would be nice to get out alone with my husband or maybe with a couple of friends.
by Agomezderoses @ Aug. 8, 2012, 4:10 p.m.please! take us to any place without chicken nuggets or MC&cheese on it's menu! :-)
by ecarrizo @ Aug. 8, 2012, 6:32 p.m.Haven't been on a real date in over 9 months, I would LOVVEEE to win one of these! =)
by liamsmommy @ Aug. 8, 2012, 9:51 p.m.Being a two cop household, major budget cuts X2, plus having 2 kids under two years old makes it very difficult to save for a good date night. I would sure LOVE to win a great dinner night just for me and the hubby. THX.... :)
by nic8123 @ Aug. 8, 2012, 10:05 p.m.I'd love to win because my hubby and I just had another child so now with a newborn and a 3 1/2 year old we really never get any alone time. Also It would be a fantastic late birthday present because our son was 2weeks old when my hubby and I celebrated our birthdays (4days apart in July.) So needless to say we didn't really celebrate our birthdays. Thanks!
by kellzz13 @ Aug. 8, 2012, 11:58 p.m.I would love to surprise my man with a date night. He does an awesome job watching our energetic 2 year old during the day while I work. Then he goes to work at night on little sleep. So it would be nice to surprise him with a date night. Thanks for the opportunity. :)
by ileana @ Aug. 9, 2012, 10:35 a.m.It would be nice for us to talk & relax at a time that isn't around 1am!! With a 19 month old & both of us working full-time our days end pretty late. A dinner date would be a great time to catch up without falling asleep in the process...lol.
by boomer @ Aug. 9, 2012, 1:36 p.m.Why do I want to win?! haha... too many reasons. 1. We have 2 boys, 15 months apart... they're 3 and 2 right now and they are NUTS! 2. When we go out to eat with them, I never even taste my food... I feel like we go into hypnosis octopus drive... arms flying everywhere, stuffing mouths and trying to get a few bites in ourselves. 3. Conversations are always interrupted... often times it's cute and funny, but never-the-less. 4. We just bought a house that's a major fixer-upper, so all of our finances are being poured into that, which leaves us with PB&J's, spaghetti and the occasional special trip to Chipotle. 5. We love food... we love the occasional date night... we NEED this! :)
by NicoleTableFor4 @ Aug. 9, 2012, 3:37 p.m.We need some adult time & a break from the kids!
by amanda21 @ Aug. 10, 2012, 6:46 a.m.This would be great for a date night! Which we have not had in 14 months! Let's hope we win it!
by Jjchan821 @ Aug. 10, 2012, 8:25 a.m.Exhausted mother of 3 who would REALLY REALLY love a date night with her husband. Between work, household chores and all the never ending mommie duties we find ourselves never getting the time for each other. I need a little romance.
by flutterflyzkiss @ Aug. 10, 2012, 8:52 a.m.A mommy of 3 (2 boys & 1 princess), in need of a romantic date night with hubby. Unfortunately, with one income it makes it very hard to have a romantic date night. We need one peaceful night alone to talk and holds hands.
by dranabox @ Aug. 10, 2012, 11:26 a.m.We are in desperate need of a date night. A quiet enjoyable dinner with just the two of us would be divine. There are many deserving women on here and whoever gets it will definitely enjoy. The best of luck to everyone!
by tiffteach @ Aug. 10, 2012, 8:09 p.m.This would be the perfect birthday gift!!!
by emurialdo @ Aug. 11, 2012, 12:43 a.m.Congratulations to tiffteach - our first Spice winner! We've got one more pair of dinner tix to give away. Who wants to win dinner for two at STK?
by vschimel @ Aug. 12, 2012, 9:09 a.m.I would love to win dinner at STK. my husband and I barely get to go out alone without our 19 month old! We desperately need a nice dinner out!
by Mlhappy @ Aug. 13, 2012, 7:41 a.m.Winning these dinner tickets would be a dream. Having a 3 year old and another child on the way in October leaves us little "grown up" time. A romantic few hours with my dear husband is just what we need!!
by lolarath @ Aug. 13, 2012, 7:44 a.m.Where do I begin? We just need a break. I've been home with the kids for almost 4 years, we jumped into a new house (before we knew we were having our first) so back down to one income which is tough for all. We coupon, run around for free events, I spend most of my time not with the girls volunteering (which I LOVE) but I just wish it could help make the car payment. We just need a night to relax and not worry... It would be awesome! Thanks!
by DJ176 @ Aug. 13, 2012, 9:47 a.m.My husband and I are first time parents to a daughter who is turning one
by Lesheigh @ Aug. 13, 2012, 9:39 p.m.Here is why we need to get out for dinner and adult fun
I'm a stay at home mom , a great wife which already makes me a winner
But quite frankly I need a break from making family dinner
My husband works hard and plays hard with his daughter
But we both would love to hear someone ask "are you ready to order"
A cocktail, appetizer, dinner at STK
Would be the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary
One year of parenthood on 8/16
Thirteen years of marriage on 9/6
Please choose us!
My fiancé and I have a 4yr old and have now taken in my sister and niece, needless to say we never have date night. Him and I have our own businesses but are never even home at the same times and never even go out at the same times because one of us are always home with our daughter. We are grateful for all of our blessings but it doesn't come without sacrifice on our relationship, especially with the person you are going to be with the rest of your lives. Thanks
by Erikamichelle @ Aug. 14, 2012, 9:17 a.m.I would love to win because I have a 7 month old and I am a stay at home mom. My hubby works so hard just so that I can stay home with my princess! I would love to win to be able to treat him to a great dinner. I know he would love it. He is such a wonderful husband and deserves it. ;)
by Jujulove17 @ Aug. 16, 2012, 6:30 a.m.I would love to win so I can take out my mom, she's the best person you could ever have in your life and she deserves to be treated like a queen :)
by jlenis88 @ Aug. 16, 2012, 6:37 a.m.I'd love to win this dinner date for my sister and her husband! She's a great mom and he's a great dad they are going through a lot right now and could really use a couples might out. I'd even babysit! ;)
by Miamimom @ Aug. 16, 2012, 7:16 a.m.I would LOVE to win a dinner for two. My husband and I haven't had a date night out in a looooong time so this would be wonderful. And I would love to try a new restaurant!
by lisajacobson @ Aug. 16, 2012, 8:24 a.m.date night?!? I think I forgot what date night is! I haven't had one in three years! This would be such a great opportunity for my husband and I. I definetly think its been long enough.
by Runnermama @ Aug. 16, 2012, 9:13 a.m.I'd love to win this dinner for two. Our anniversary is coming up and celebrating at dinner instead of at home for a change would be wonderful.
by zoeysmom @ Aug. 16, 2012, 9:18 a.m.Congratulations NicoleTableFor4 - you're our big winner. Hope you & your husband enjoy the much-deserved night out!
