How to Enter
To enter fill out the giveaway form. One winner will be randomly selected no later than seven days after the sweepstakes end, as indicated on the giveaway form.
Eligibility
No purchase necessary. Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Florida, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited, Winner will be randomly selected no later than seven days after the sweepstakes end date, as indicated on the giveaway form.
Winner Selection
Random selection of the winner will occur no later than seven days after the sweepstakes end date, as indicated on the giveaway form. The Prize Winner will be notified electronically via the email provided in the survey. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. Prize will be either emailed to the email address provided or mailed to the U.S. mailing address provided by the winner.
Redemption and Verification
To redeem prize, winner must respond within two (2) days of prize notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.
Limitation on Liability
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications-line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to sweepstakes entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants’ or any other persons’ computers related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any other error related to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes, whether computer, technical, telephonic, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the giveaway, such as errors arising during the processing or transcription of entries, the printing of the offer, or in the announcement of the prize.
