  1. Sate a sweet tooth<\/strong>. There is no better road trip in town than a trip to Knauss Berry Farm in the Redlands<\/a>. It’s far, it’s crowded & it’s completely delicious. Plan to stay a while – lines are long and strawberry & tomato picking are must-dos. Don’t leave without a bucket of strawberries, a milkshake, a dozen sticky buns & some herb breadsticks.   2. Nurture a budding artist<\/strong>. Get artsy with a visit to the Wynwood Walls<\/a>. Browse the art, check out the murals and enjoy an afternoon outside. Treat (or bribe) the kids with pizza from Joey’s<\/a>, smoothies from Jugo Fresh<\/a> and\/or fro yo from Freshii<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Hit the water<\/strong>. Load up a cooler, douse the kids in sunscreen and hit the beach. Tis the season for swimming, sandcastle building & enjoying a day in the sun while the rest of the county hides indoors. We love South Beach and North Beach, but are especially partial to Key Biscayne’s Crandon Park<\/a> and Hobie Beach<\/a> for easy parking & family-friendly action.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
