White Chocolate Heart Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz white chocolate melting wafers

  • M&Ms and sprinkles

  • Heart shaped silicone molds

Directions

  1. Make sure your silicone molds are clean & dry

  2. Place mold on baking sheet or other flat surface

  3. Add a few M&M’s and a dash of sprinkles into each mold

  4. Melt wafers

  5. Pour melted white chocolate into each cavity

  6. Tap baking sheet firmly on counter to level out the melted chocolate

  7. Let cool to harden

Ooey Gooey Bars

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups red velvet cake mix

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 egg

7oz container of marshmallow cream

1 1/2 tbsps butter

3 cups mini marshmallows

Red food coloring

3 cups Rice Krispies

1 tbsp sprinkles

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.

  2. To make the first layer, mix together cake mix, oil and egg. Press into greased 8-inch pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

  3. Remove the cake mix cookie crust layer from the oven and spread the marshmallow cream on top using a greased spatula.

  4. Melt the butter. Add marshmallows and stir to coat. Microwave for 45 seconds and stir until smooth. Stir in food coloring & Rice Krispies.

  5. Scoop rice crispy treats onto the bars and spread out, gently pressing them into the marshmallow cream.

  6. Top with sprinkles. Gently press the sprinkles into the Rice Krispie treats.

  7. Allow the bars to chill and set before cutting them into squares.

Teddy Bear Oreos

Ingredients

  • 1 package Double Stuffed Oreos

  • 2 bags dark chocolate melting wafers

  • 1 bag of pink chocolate melting wafers

  • 1 package of small candy eyes (like these)

  • 1 container of heart sprinkles (we like these)

  • Parchment paper

Directions

  1. Melt 1 bag of dark chocolate melting wafers using a double boiler and cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Separate the double stuffed Oreos

  3. Dip a toothpick into melted chocolate and add a dollop onto the creme part of the Oreo, where the ears will go

  4. Place a non-melted chocolate wafer onto the melted chocolate dollop and gently press down.

  5. Add a larger dollop of melted chocolate into the center of the creme and place the top half of the Oreo cookie back in place.

  6. Dip each oreo into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl before placing on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

  7. Use a drop of melted chocolate to attach a pink chocolate wafer to the middle of each Oreo.

  8. Use another drop of melted chocolate to attached a red candy heart to the middle of each pink candy melt.

  9. Use melted chocolate to attach edible candy eyes to the teddy bear Oreos.

  10. Allow chocolate to fully set (about 1 hour) before peeling off the cookie sheet. You can place in the fridge or freezer to speed up the process.
