Homeschool Day on the Farm @ Wesley Wells Farms

In an ever changing field of agriculture, technology and machinery have helped farmers become more efficient with GPS systems, precision technology in spraying, computer programming, water management and more. Join farm staff to kick off a new school year on the farm and learn how they balance the newest technology with some of the oldest tried and true methods of farming. Examine tractors, discover the use of farm implements, and ride behind an antique tractor on an authentic hay ride.

Choose your favorite topic at the tractor yard or stay for all of them. After your lesson, roam the farm and check out the farm animals, take a hike, or hop on a hay ride. U-pick is crop dependent but they will do their very best to have something for you to harvest and take home with you for this month. The gates open at 9:45am and lessons start at 10:15am.
