Solid Waste Authority. Environmental education every day and on-demand! See how the SWA manages Palm Beach County’s waste every week day at 11am, learn about renewable energy, recycling right, or industry and nature with interviews, tours, and stories. Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Think about all the “things you can think” when you visit a “world of pure imagination” this summer. With our Virtual Summer Theater Camp, you can be the “dancing queen”! Join Broward Center and The Performance Project for a 2 week virtual camp experience where your young performer can learn selections from Seussical (Ages 7-9), Willy Wonka (Ages 10-13), Mamma Mia! Mounts Botanical Garden. Get your Garden to Go! This package of fun for all ages includes a Garden Guide for 12 creative projects and activities, yarn, a succulent plant, soil, coffee filters, and sun print paper. Museum of Discovery & Science. Scientastic summer starts NOW! The Museum of Discovery & Science’s Camp Discovery, sponsored by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, offers a S.A.F.E. (Science. Affordable. Fun. Educational) and unforgettable STEM summer camp. The program provides the ultimate age-appropriate (ages 6-12) camp experience ranging from the Florida Everglades, to space, and even Hogwarts. Click here for details.

Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. There’s a cool new way to spend the summer with the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. Ongoing through August 14, children ages 4-14 will be able to explore the wonders of science through weeklong virtual camps themed around engineering, marine sciences, astronomy, technology and more. Click here for details.

South Florida Science Center. We are open for indoor and outdoor exploration all summer long! Come for a day visit or register for a week-long Science Camp. Wild About Wildlife. Join us as we embark on an action-packed virtual summer adventure. July sessions will feature educators from Manatee Lagoon, Loggerhead Marinelife Center, Zoo Miami and the Museum of Discovery and Science. Week-long virtual camp experiences will feature half-day schedules filled with animal observations, experiments, games, crafts and educational lessons hosted by educators from each organization, and will be focused on wildlife and the environment. Click here for details.
