Beatles Yoga is a gentle yoga class inspired by and taught to the soundtrack of classic Beatles music.

Beatles Yoga is an original yoga flow sequence that moves through a series of gentle warmup movements, stretches, floor work, balancing poses and ends with a relaxation, or savasana.

The class is mindfully coordinated to Beatles songs, carefully selected to partner with and support the yoga flow and rhythm of the class.

Students are always encouraged to go at their own pace throughout the class.

Beatles Yoga is a gentle or basic level class suitable for everybody and every level of yoga student.
