You will also have the opportunity to join us for a new activity, Breathe and Bloom Yoga & Meditation, where participants can enhance mental health, foster family bonds, and cultivate long-term wellness habits through mindful movement in nature. This experience encourages families to connect with each other and with the green spaces of The Underline, creating lasting “de-stressing” practices and memories.
Bring water, sunscreen, light snacks, and a raincoat/umbrella, The Underline Urban Gym is an outdoor space.
