Christopher Still Art Exhibition Opening Reception @ Pioneer Florida Museum and Village

The Pioneer Florida Museum and Village in Dade City is proud to announce the upcoming exhibition of works by renowned artist Christopher Still, which will be on display throughout the summer and will be included with regular admission.

The official opening reception is scheduled for July 17, 2025, at 6pm in the Main Building of the museum. The public is invited to attend this special event.

Pasco County Commissioner Kathryn Starkey has generously loaned eight pieces from her private collection, featuring works from Christopher Still’s Florida House of Representatives series. Still has created ten murals commissioned by the Florida House of Representatives, showcasing the state’s rich historical and natural beauty.

His contributions to the arts have earned him induction into the Florida Artists Hall of Fame, and he serves as the Artist in Residence for the Florida Legislature. Additionally, Florida State University has awarded him an honorary doctorate.
