Kids Glow Yoga In, Parent's Night Out @ Sol Yoga

Enjoy a night out, while the kids participate in a fun evening of mindful glow in the dark yoga games, a craft, music and much more.

Your children will move and explore creativity while building self-esteem skills and having fun. Pizza will be provided and the evening will end with a relaxation activity. Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
