Behavioral Progression Swim Lessons and Water Safety. Our program’s water safety and swim lessons use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and learn-to-swim methods to promote lasting change in swimming skills. Our 1:1 lessons are tailored to your child’s pace and abilities. The Safe and Sound Swimmers program is available to children as young as 2 years old, with or without special needs. New Program! Vouchers for Free Lessons. Starting July 1, state vouchers administered by the Florida Department of Health will be available for families with children aged 4 or younger, provided their income does not exceed 200% of the federal poverty level. Since this is a brand new program, check back for updates!
